MOLD MANUFACTURE

Micro Systems only uses the ultimate precision mold manufacturing machines, including our Kern Pyramid Nano micro milling machines, EDM machines, Cylindrical grinding machines. All machining is carried out in our temperature controlled clean workshops.

MOLD TESTING – QUALITY ASSURANCE

Micro Systems covers every aspect of ultra-precision mold manufacturing, with advanced metrology for micron-level measurements and optical surfaces. We also offer a dedicated mold development area where customers can place their own injection molding machines.

INJECTION MOLDING

Recognized as one of Europe’s most advanced micro injection molding facilities, we offer in-house molding within ISO Class 7 cleanrooms, from prototyping to mass production for complex applications.
