MOLD MANUFACTURE

Micro Systems only uses the ultimate precision mold manufacturing machines, including our Kern Pyramid Nano micro milling machines, EDM machines, Cylindrical grinding machines. All machining is carried out in our temperature controlled clean workshops.

MOLD TESTING – QUALITY ASSURANCE

Micro Systems ensures that we have every area of ultra-precision mold manufacturing covered. Our ultimate metrology capabilities allow us to accurately and repeatedly measure features in the microns range and optical surfaces. We also have a dedicated mold development area where customers can site their own injection molding machine.

INJECTION MOLDING

We are widely acknowledged as one of the most technically advanced micro injection molding facilities in Europe, with in-house injection molding capabilities within ISO Class 7 cleanrooms, from prototyping to mass production for various complex applications.
